People should call in. No sense in complaining from behind the scenes.
I have called Mr. Burn on several occasions either to complain or applaud something that he has done
He has always welcomed my calls, good or bad and I can be a pain.
I can honestly say there has been no other Chairperson who has returned the call themselves. Mr. Burn is not opposed to open endorsements as seems to be the consensus.
